The invitation

We are pleased to invite your organisation to participate in the “Bankipur Jobs Collective.” This is an initiative of the MLA, Mr. Prashant Kishor of Bankipur Constituency in Patna Bihar.

The Placement Cell of this Office (MLA-PC) maintains a consented list of job-seeking candidates from the Bankipur constituency. We are inviting selected Third-Party Aggregators (TPAs) and Recruiters to access this list — free of charge — through a secure webapp, or through a curated list matched to your requirements, and to place these candidates in genuine jobs.

No fee of any kind. Nothing is payable by you to MLA-PC, and nothing may be charged to any candidate at any stage.

What we ask of you (non-binding)

Shortlist candidates based on your own requirements, using our webapp or a curated list.
Interview and assess those candidates independently, and remotely.
Route every job offer to an MLA-PC-sourced candidate through MLA-PC — not directly to the candidate.
Treat MLA-PC as the originating source of each candidate for 12 months.
Do not pass candidate details to anyone other than a genuine end-employer.
Offer only bona fide jobs suited to the candidate’s qualifications and skills, compliant with applicable law.
Charge no fee to any candidate for the placement.

What MLA-PC will do

Provide webapp access free of charge, and obtain candidate consent for sharing with participants.
Provide a curated candidate list matched to your needs, on a case-by-case basis.
Pass your offers to candidates promptly and share their responses with you.
Charge no fee to you or to any candidate, and keep your hiring requirements confidential from other participants.
Share the list “as-is” as supplied by candidates, without warranting its accuracy or any candidate’s availability.

Confidentiality, candidate data, and the status of this invitation

Confidentiality and candidate data. Both MLA-PC and your organisation will keep any non-public information confidential. You confirm that you will use candidate personal data only for placement, comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, inform MLA-PC promptly of any data breach, and delete the data on request or on exit.

Status. This is an invitation, not a contract. Your acceptance records intent only and — except for the confidentiality and candidate-data paragraph above — creates no legally binding obligation, no financial commitment, and no partnership, agency or employment relationship. Either side may withdraw at any time on written notice, and MLA-PC may withdraw webapp access at its discretion. Participation runs for 12 months, renewable by mutual consent. Indian law applies; Patna is the place of reference.
